“Kemi was a professional baker and chef for 17 years. From school kitchens to some of London’s top restaurants, Kemi has worked in a wide variety of kitchens preparing multicultural cuisines, and has worked in kitchens around the world.
Kemi first read about raw food nine years ago. Since then she has been experimenting with raw food preparation and experiencing the benefits of eating raw. For the past six years, she has read widely about raw food preparation and the benefits of living raw.
Kemi is a keen organic gardener, and grows much of her family’s food each year.
Kemi now conducts regular raw food classes, offers personal consultations to people working on their raw food journey and gives public talks and workshops about the benefits of eating raw food.”
The lab is so excited to have Kemi visit our space all the way from Australia. She will be hosting a free workshop on the benefits of raw eating as well as live food demo’s and samples.
